So, this is something I am actually quite proud of.

Here are some pictures of Rambo when he first arrived with me, allegedly healthy and in good condition:

He was seriously underweight- you can see the saggy skin under his chin from weight loss, and a cross section of the widest part of his body was similar in shape to a Toblerone box.  -__-;  Most tell of all- in the first picture, you can clearly see how his body sags like a deflate inner tube when he climbs, with very little mass to it at all.  Poor sod looked like he'd been ironed.

Well, these were taken today:

Even though these don't show him climbing, it's clear to see how much weight he's put on.  He's maybe a month or so away from being a completely normal weight, as he is still very, very slightly triangular (a healthy corn snake has a cross-section that is rounded on top and straight down the sides, like a loaf of bread), and even though he's not climbing you can see that there is no sag of the skin anywhere on his body now.  And even though it's not something that can be photographed, you can't feel every single one of his ribs when you're handling now, which is nice. ^__^.  His improvement has been amazing, and I am very proud of him.

Also, I tried to get a nice shot of his face, and instead caught him yawning.  No animal ever looks quite as happy as a yawning snake:

And let's face it, he has every right to be happy. ^__^.  Life is good for him right now.

Also, Opal is in blue and refused her food today (totally normal).  She's still stupidly cute, though:
