So... I've hit something of a 'life moment'. >_> The other day I had an eye test, and found out that I am short sighted. The optician thinks this it might be a result of scarring to my optic nerve after the blood clot I had a couple of years ago. >_<; Oh joy!
Anyway, I picked up my new glasses today. I only need them for distance stuff, like reading power-points, cinema, wandering around town... that kind of stuff. When I'm on the computer or reading, I'm good without them. Which is good, because at the moment they feel really weird and I'm not sure if I like them. >_>;
The optician says it can take up to a week to get used to them. I think it might take me a bit longer, because I am working on my essay this week, so I won't be using them as much as I would be usually.
So- here they are:
( Pictures be here. )
Also, I am not fond of how these pictures highlight my huge double chin. Good job I am back on my diet.
