[misguidance]

 Pretty sure I accidentally threw my scaffold piercing bar into the laundry chute at work today. >_>;  I forgot I had it in, took it out after arriving on the ward, and put it in the pocket of my scrubs. 

I am now at home, changed, and I have no bar.
